THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES WERE INCLUDED IN THE PROJECT:

• ORGANISATIONAL AUDIT IN THE TARGET GROUPS;
• STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK FOR HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN TARGET GROUPS;
• STRATEGIC PLANNING;
• ORGANISATIONAL FRAMEWORK;
• DEVELOPMENT AND DELIVERY OF A PROGRAMME FOR TRAINING OF THE SENIOR STAFF IN THE TARGET GROUPS.

THE PROJECT IS CO-FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT FUND IN THE PRIORITY ASSIST “TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE” OF THE OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME “TRANSPORT” 2007-2013.

„INFRACARE“ AD TOGETHER WITH THE BULGARIAN COMPANY „TINSA” EOOD ORGANIZED AND CONDUCT TAILOR-MADE TRAINING ON TOPICS DEFINED BY THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY, RELATED TO THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES OF THE EMPLOYEES AT EXECUTIVE AGENCY “RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION”, AS WELL AS TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES FOR BUILDING UP MAIN COMPETENCIES IN ENGLISH.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS:

  • INCREASING THE QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCE OF THE STAFF IN THE EXECUTIVE AGENCY “RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION” AND BUILDING ON GOOD PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LABOR MARKET AND THE CONSTANTLY INCREASING DEMANDS FROM LEADERS IN THE ADMINISTRATION, WITH REGARD TO THE PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS OF THE EMPLOYEES;
  • ESTABLISHMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE SYSTEM FOR TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT BY PROVIDING APPROPRIATE SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES THROUGH TRAININGS WILL STIMULATE CONTINUOUS EDUCATION AND MOTIVATION OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THE EXECUTIVE AGENCY “RAILWAY ADMINISTRATION”;

TAILOR-MADE TRAINING:

  • COMMISSIONING OF STRUCTURAL SUBSYSTEMS AND RAILWAY VEHICLES;
  • COMMON SAFETY METHODS IN RAILWAY TRANSPORT AND RISK ASSESSMENT;
  • ISO TRAINING ON STANDARDS 9001-2008 AND 19011/2011;
  • TRAINING OF INTEROPERABILITY IN THE RAILWAY TRANSPORT.

FOREIGN LANGUAGES TRAINING:

  • ENGLISH LANGUAGE (BASIC COURSE);
  • ENGLISH LANGUAGE (INTER MEDIUM);
  • ENGLISH LANGUAGE (ADVANCED).

THE PROJECT IS IMPLEMENTED WITH THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT OF OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME “ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITY” 2007-2013, CO-FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION THROUGH THE EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND.

„INFRACARE“ AD TOGETHER WITH THE BULGARIAN PARTNER „ITAL 1” EOOD ORGANIZED AND CONDUCT TAILOR-MADE TRAININGS FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF DISTRICT VITOSHA – SOFIA MUNICIPALITY TO ACQUIRE SPECIFIC COMPETENCES FOR WORKING WITH SOFTWARE PRODUCTS, LANGUAGE COMPETENCES AND SUCH IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION, PARK DEVELOPMENT AND LANDSCAPING.

THE FOLLOWING RESULTS WERE ACHIEVED WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT:

  • SPECIALIZED TRAINING OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE REGIONAL ADMINISTRATION – VITOSHA, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ESTABLISHED NEEDS AND PREFERENCES;
  • ESTABLISHED NEEDS, AREAS AND THEMES FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT ON SPECIFIC TRAINING OF TARGET GROUPS;
  • CONDUCTED TRAININGS FOR ENHANCING THE CAPACITY AND EFFICIENCY FOR INTERACTION – INTERNAL AND BETWEEN DIRECTORIES AND DEPARTMENTS IN THE ADMINISTRATION – REPRESENTATIVES OF THE TARGET GROUP;
  • PROVIDED PUBLIC AWARENESS, ACCESS AND PARTICIPATION OF STAKEHOLDERS И ОПОВЕСТЯВАНЕ ПРИНОСА НА ЕСФ И Р. БЪЛГАРИЯ;
  • PROVIDED EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION, COMPLIANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION AND RULES OF OPERATIVE PROGRAMME “ADMINISTRATIVE CAPACITY” (OPAC) CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIVITIES THE EXPENDITURE OF PROJECT BUDGET FUNDS.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF PROJECT IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE EMPLOYEES’ OF “BALKANTEL” OOD THROUGH TAILOR-MADE TRAININGS AND CONSULTATIONS.

TO BE ENSURED THE MANUFACTURE OF PRODUCTS IN TERMS OF HIGH RELIABILITY, FAIL SAFE AND WORK IN CONDITIONS OF HIGH LEVEL OF SAFETY, “INFRACARE” AD CONDUCTED TRAININGS AND CONSULTATIONS TO THE EMPLOYEES OF “BALKANTEL” OOD IN THE PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HIGH REQUIREMENTS OF THE STANDARDS BDS EN 50126-1: 2006 AND BDS EN 50159: 2010, WHICH ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF THE PRODUCT RADIS.

THE FOLLOWING RESULTS HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED:

  • SPECIALIZED TRAINING OF THE EMPLOYEES OF BALKANTEL LTD FOR DEVELOPING SKILLS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STANDARDS BDS EN 50126-1: 2006 AND BDS EN 50159: 2010, CREATED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMITTEE FOR ELECTROTECHNICAL STANDARDIZATION (CENELEC);
  • PROVIDING PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATIONS ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BDS EN 50126-1: 2006, BDS EN 50159: 2010 STANDARDS ESTABLISHED BY (CENELEC);
  • PROVIDED PUBLIC AWARENESS;
  • ENSURED EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION, COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES AND LEGISLATION OF OP “INNOVATION AND COMPETITIVENESS
